Brad Koch is a member of the firm and Chair of the Commercial Litigation Group. Brad’s practice concentrates on bankruptcy, business and commercial litigation and commercial and secured transactions. 

Brad represents both creditors and debtors in the financial distress area and in bankruptcy proceedings. Brad’s practice includes work in all aspects of Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 12 proceedings. 

Brad also has extensive experience in advising clients in formulating and effectuating bankruptcy reorganizations as well as other out of court refinancing and restructuring transactions. 

Brad has represented clients in state and federal courts as well as before the American Arbitration Association, securing favorable pre-trial and trial results. He has experience in all aspects of complex litigation including financial disputes, civil RICO and deceptive business practices, partnership disputes, breach of contract, disputes between shareholders and owners of closely held corporations, debt enforcement actions, warranty, fraudulent transfer and real estate disputes as well as actions commenced pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code.
