Biography

Tom is an associate in the firm and a member of the Commercial Litigation, Corporate & Business, Employment & Labor, and Health Care Law Groups. Tom counsels small and medium-sized businesses with their general corporate governance, reorganization, mergers, acquisitions, and director and officer liability matters. In addition, Tom counsels and advises employers regarding their compliance with various statutory and administrative regulations, as well as employment contracts, procedures and policies. He also represents clients in employment disputes and administrative proceedings.
