Biography

Joe Arias is an associate in the firm and focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation and insurance coverage counseling and litigation.  Joe is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group.  Joe practices in trial and appellate courts dealing with shareholder litigation, breach of contract cases, insurance coverage disputes, debtor-creditor work and employment litigation.

Joe’s prior experience with a large national law firm brings a breadth of knowledge and litigation strategy to his clients.
