Biography
Dan Hiser is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Business Group. Dan’s diverse experience in many areas of the law enable him to provide a "big picture" view to address corporate and individual legal needs.
Dan's prior employment utilized his skills in toxic tort, insurance matters, health law and medical negligence.
Dan also focuses his time in negotiating complex construction and architectural contracts, including avoidance of risk shifting efforts by opposing parties.
